Refund Policy

RetakeHQ subscriptions are sold through Stripe, the merchant of record; refunds under this policy are still ours to give, so ask us. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day refunds, no questions asked

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.

2. Renewals

The same applies to a renewal: ask within 14 days of the renewal payment and we'll refund it in full. If you meant to cancel and forgot, this is the way to get that payment back.

3. How to ask

Email hello@retakehq.com from any address, with the email you paid with or your receipt number.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We send them within two working days of your email; your bank may take up to 10 working days to show it.

4. What happens to your plan

A refunded subscription is cancelled, and your team moves to the free plan. Matches uploaded while you subscribed stay viewable (read-only) for 90 days, as after any subscription ends (Terms, section 5).

5. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel any time from your Account page ("Manage subscription"). You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing here takes away refund or withdrawal rights the law gives you where you live.
